Health begins with balance

It seem's like health and having a life are two different thing's.  As a young mother there never seemed like I had time to have a cup of coffee or tea let alone, have a manicure or hair done.  As time goes on I realize that making time for myself would have been the greatest gift I could have given to my children.  It seem's if you teach children mother's do not have the right to have time for themselves when they choose to be parent's they play it out in the same way.  I can remember when all of a sudden my children were demanding that I do something for them because I was Mom, it was my job.
Complete balance is not just giving it is getting.  Some us learn that later in life but it is nice to keep it in balance and do for other's as well as ourselves.

The old becomes new again in sleep

From:   wwwheavenlyduvetlinenscovers.com  I have been fortunate to watch Dr. OZ many times.  I feel he is helping people take back their health.
Some of the sleep labs he has access to have recommended a dark setting to allow the mind to turn off, refrain from eating 2 hours before bed time, and if you have to have a telephone in your bedroom make it a land line.  The telephone recommendation is an oldie but goody.  We have come back to the possibility that the radiation from the cell phone is a major factor with people's health.
I have noticed in my own life that eating a big meal in the evening is a factor in my sleep state.  I have noticed my body rejecting as much as I would like to put in it.  Eating small amounts serves my body much better in more frequent times. Put a dab of lavender Oil on your forehead to help you relax.
